DPF 4000

DPF 4000 is a 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile, polyvinyl chloride film with medium-tack, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for fleet and container markings as well as indoor and outdoor graphics, DPF 4000 is made of 100% polymeric face stock with a special lay-flat liner. DPF 8000 Ultra Tack

DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack is a 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile, PVC film with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to adhere to “hard-to-stick” surfaces, DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack offers a special adhesive system that is designed to adhere to difficult substrates and low surface energy plastics, especially ABS plastic, off-road vehicles such as motorbikes, and other hard-to-stick applications.

DPF 8200 High Tack

DPF 8200 High Tack is a 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile, PVC film with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The unique low shrink adhesive system enhances dimensional stability, improving printer handling and converting time. Designed to adhere to slightly textured outdoor wall substrates such as brick, tile, and concrete, the film also has exceptional performance on low surface energy substrates such as polypropelyne, polyethylene, and powder coated paints.

DPF 9000

4 mil, 5 year outdoor with grey solvent-based permanent high tack adhesive. For long-term graphic applications, markings and decorations with the highest degree of outdoor brilliance and durability. Especially designed for hard-to-stick, low-energy plastics (like polyethylene and polypropylene) with a smooth or slightly textured flat surface such as kayaks, ATVs, coolers and porta-johns.

SLX Cast Wrap

SLX® Cast Wrap is a 2-mil (50 micron) premium gloss white repositionable cast film with FLITE Technology®. Designed for full and partial vehicle and fleet applications, the film allows for a fast install, conforming around rivets, complex curves and deep channels with ease. FLITE Technology is a lite contact system allowing graphics to float over a substrate until firm pressure is
applied. It guarantees the fastest installation while ensuring long-term bond and clean removability. 

SLX+ Cast Wrap

DPF 2400 Reflective

DPF 2400 is a 5-mil (125 micron) printable reflective vinyl film with high initial tack and permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The film conforms well to both flat and irregular surfaces when processed and applied according to Arlon recommendations. It is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted).

DPF 206 is a 6-mil (150 micron) light weight polycoated matte white film with a unique woven texture. The clear removable pressure-sensitive adhesive is designed to bond well to substrates such as smooth painted non-vinyl walls. DPF 206 has a lay-flat liner that is optimal for printing on a variety of print systems. This is the ideal film for wall decorations that require ease of application as well as removability.

DPF 4300

DPF 4300 is a 3.4-mil (86 micron) opaque matte white calendered film with removable adhesive. The film is a multi-purpose clean removable film for an easy on & easy off application. It offers flexibility as well as high opacity for covering previous graphics up to three layers applied within six months or less. The adhesive allows clean removability on a variety of substrates such as painted metal and plastics for one year. DPF 4300 is rated for outdoor durability up to 4 years (unprinted).

DPF 6700

DPF 6700 is a 2-mil (50 micron) cast highly conformable film with aggressive permanent adhesive. The film is specially formulated to conform to “hard-to-stick”, highly textured masonry surfaces such as brick, stucco, and concrete. When printed, DPF 6700 has a warranty of 1 year on masonry surfaces.

DPF 510

DPF 510 is a 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered film with a clear or tinted, solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The two-sided polycoated liner provides excellent lay-flat properties. The high-quality adhesive provides far superior adhesion and cohesion properties than water-based adhesive. DPF 510 is available in a white gloss and white matte finish. DPF 510 is rated for outdoor durability up to 3 years (unprinted).

Ever Etched Cal

Ever Etched Cal is a 3-mil (75 micron) calendered printable etched glass vinyl with FLITE Technology®. Etched glass vinyl is a more cost effective way to simulate sandblasting or etching that allows flexibility with design and can add an added layer of privacy. With the added benefit of the lite contact system of FLITE Technology combined with air egress channels, bubbles and wrinkles are minimized and a more efficient installation can be expected.

DPF 45WF is a 6-mil (150 micron) white, perforated, black-back, calendered film with removable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed forone-way viewing graphics, DPF 45WF contains perforations in the film to allow one-way vision. The film provides superior print resolution and image quality. DPF 47WF is a 6-mil (150 micron) white, perforated, black-back, calendered film with removable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for one-way viewing graphics. DPF 47WF contains perforations in the film to allow one-way vision. The film provides superior print resolution and image quality. DPF 47WF is rated for outdoor durability up to 1 year (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

Series 3200 Optically Clear

Series 3200 is constructed of 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl film with optically clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect and prolong the life of printed images for window applications, Series 3200 extends the life of graphics by 2 years. Series 3200 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years. This product is designed as an optically clear overlaminate for window film.

Series 3210 Premium Cast

Series 3210 overlaminate is constructed of a 1.3-mil (35 micron) gloss cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect printed images and prolong the life of the printed images. Series 3210 provides the same protection as our standard overlaminates while having excellent conformability during installation with a lighter weight film.

Series 3220 Premium Cast

Series 3220 overlaminates are constructed of 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect and prolong the life of printed images, Series 3220 extends the life of the graphics by 2 years. Series 3220 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years.

Series 3270 Premium Cast

Series 3270 overlaminate is constructed of 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect and prolong the life of printed images, Series 3270 extends the life of the graphics by 2 years. When used independently, Series 3270 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years. This product is not designed to be used as an optically clear window film.

Series 3310 Polyurethane

Series 3310 is a 1.5-mil (38 micron) polyurethane film with a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Along with protecting and prolonging the life of printed images, Series 3310 is designed as a multi-purpose extended life overlaminate, recommended for fleet and vehicle applications. Used as an overlaminate, the outdoor durability is rated up to 10 years

Series 3350 Anti-Graffiti

Series 3350 is a 2-mil (50 micron) PVDF film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Along with protecting and prolonging the life of printed images, Series 3350 is designed as an anti-graffiti overlaminate. Used as an overlaminate, the outdoor durability is rated up to 10 years vertical exposure.

Series 3420 Calendered

Series 3420 is constructed of a 75 micron calendered vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect and prolong the life of printed images, Series 3420 is made of a polymeric facestock and available in gloss, satin and matte finishes. Series 3420 is rated for outdoor durability up to 5 years.

Series 3510 Calendered

Series 3510 is a 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered film with a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect your printed image, Series 3510 is made of a monomeric facestock and available in a gloss or matte finish. Series 3510 is rated for outdoor durability of 3 years.

DPF 208 Polypropylene Roll Up Banner

DPF 208 is an economical, light-weight, 8-mil (200 micron) coated polypropylene banner that is used in “roll-up” banner applications or for other indoor signage. It is available in satin finish and yields high print resolution and image quality. DPF 208 is an eco-friendly polypropylene product. As a polypropylene, slight edge-curl is typical with this product. DPF 208 is compatible with eco-solvent and solvent inks.

DPF 215 Semi-Rigid Roll Up Banner

DPF 215 is a 14.5-mil (370 micron) premium, semi-rigid, coated polyester banner that is used in pop-up banner applications. It has a gray, block-out layer that provides excellent opacity. DPF 215 is available in satin finish and yields high print resolution and image quality. It also has excellent lay-flat properties with minimal edge-curl. DPF 215 is compatible with Eco-Solvent, Solvent and Latex] inks. DPF 215 is rated for indoor durability up to 1 year.

DPF 303 Double Sided Smooth Banner

DPF 303 is a 13-oz white, super smooth, scrim PVC banner with blockout features. This calendered vinyl provides superior print resolution and image quality on both sides of the banner. The scrim is undetectable, whether it is printed or unprinted. This banner is excellent for graphics that will be viewed at a close distance. DPF 303 is rated for outdoor durability up to 1 year (unprinted).

DPF 308 Mesh Banner

DPF 308 is an 8-oz high quality, economical, white mesh banner with a PVC liner. The small-holed weave construction allows for both air-flow for wind resistance, as well as high resolution and high quality images. The blow through ratio is 15%. It is suitable to view graphics at a close distance.

DPF 310 10oz Scrim Banner

DPF 310 is an economical, frontlit 10-oz white, scrim PVC banner. Available in matte and high gloss, both finishes are smooth and yield high print resolution and image quality. It is a light weight multi-purpose banner – suitable for digital printing and adhesive-backed vinyl application.

DPF 313 13oz Scrim Banner
