3691 is a 2.75 mil PVC film with a Grey Solvent Based removable adhesive. Designed for short to medium term flat indoor and outdoor promotional, signage and wall murals with low VOC painted walls. Recommended for use with Oraguard 200 or 210 laminating film. Available in matte and gloss white.
