Get detailed color results or create bold, vivid graphics with TR2 inks. Choose from three different ink configurations in CMYK, plus additional Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Light Black, White or Orange or new Green ink*, you have more color freedom and control than ever before. The addition of Green or Orange Ink also means that you can consistently reproduce specific brand colors for your clients and customers. TR2 ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified for indoor air quality.
Four Flex-Fire printheads with precision droplet technology maximize print performance. Even in high speed modes the TrueVIS delivers rich smooth color. TR2 inks dry fast and glossy with the highest color vibrancy.
Newly designed media clamps hold down the edges of the material to reduce the risk of head strikes. These do not need to be removed when doing a sheet cut as the clamps are designed to have the sheet cut blade pass through the center without the need to remove them. Just one of many time saving and convience featues built into the new TrueVIS VG2.
• New crop mark options for cutting laminated prints or long production runs of print and cut graphics provide perfect cutting performance when used in combination with the new optimized side pinch roller pressure functionality.
• Newly designed middle pinch rollers raise automatically prior to
starting the cutting process, allowing the media to be cut without the rollers travelling over the printed area.
Orange and Green process color options allow you to hit specific Orange to Red areas and Blue to Green areas with approximately 260 new spot color references now available in the new Roland DG Color Library. Specific Pantone® or DIC colors that were previously difficult to match can now be easily achieved.
Reach new areas of color, including purples, reds, greens, and other challenging hues— elevating all your print output with True Rich Color 2. Improve reproduction of specific brand colors and combine
neutral grays, smooth gradations, and natural skin tones to produce color quality of incomparable realism and complexity.
